Statutory Payment Rates 2011

Statutory Sick Pay is currently £81.60 per week.

Statutory Maternity, Paternity and Adoption Pay is paid for 39 weeks in total and is currently 90% of your average weekly earnings for the first six weeks and then £128.73  for the remaining 33 weeks, or at 90% or your average weekly earnings if the figure is lower than the statutory rate.
